EPOS Installation

Emily had ordered a EPOS system online direct from Touch Bistro. The package had everything they needed but wasnt clear on how it needed to be setup within the restaurant that was currently being built.

After many failed attempts of trying to deal with the supplier Emily decided to get in contact with us (Nimmo Media) we then took over the installation and all communication with Touch Bistro.

When completing the install we convinced the client to take out the kitchen printer and replace it with a iPad Kitchen Display to cut down on the amount of paper being used and to make it more user friendly for the chef's.

We then programmed a bespoke menu on to the iPads ready for the restaurant staff to start taking orders and sending them direct to the kitchen.

Training & Support

Once everything was setup we hosted a couple of Training evenings with the staff ready for the launch. We have also been on hand day and night to fix any teething issues the staff have come across along the way.

We now log into the restaurant server remotely to update the software and do regular scans to keep the system maintained and running smoothly.


Great EPOS Knowledge!

We ordered a EPOS system online and although it had everything we needed, there was literally no support included. We were recommended to Nimmo Media by a friend who has used them before and we were so impressed by the speed, knowledge and professionalism of this company. Cameron trained all of our staff and gave us support throughout the process of opening a new restaurant.
